There are many resources available for learning about essential oils. One of the most famous of these is called, Modern Essentials.I often to refer to it as the Physician Desk Reference for oils because it has everything you want to know about oils in it. It also has a thorough list of symptoms and possible oils treatments for each condition.
It’s a fabulous book and I’m happy to have it in my library. With that said, more and more is becoming published on essential oils and this latest book has easily become my favorite.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”232″ img_size=”large”][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]This latest is published by Oillife.com and is much more colorful than the previous Modern Essentials book. While it does have pages about each available oil (see picture below), it focusses on body systems and getting to the root of any issue you may be dealing with. It has multiple protocols for various ailments, but my favorite part is the back section where multiple recipes are included, not only in cooking, but oil blending as well, for everything from baby needs to household cleaning.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”233″ img_size=”large”][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]If you are just getting started in oils I highly recommend it. You can order directly from their website or contact me and learn how you can get it for free! Happy oiling![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
