Starting today and moving forward I am going to post some rollerball and diffuser recipes.  This one is great for your belly when it isn’t feeling well.  Simply add to a rollerball with a little bit of Fractionated Coconut Oil and rub on your tummy.  I always recommend moving in a clockwise movement on your stomach because that is the way the intestines move.  Enjoy!
