As someone who has been around the ‘industry’ for quite some time, I thought it would be fun to share some of my best tips for keeping your business moving.  If you have an established team, these are great reminders you can share with them as well.  Here’s my first one:

Each month you should strive for at least 3-4 events, this way if something cancels you still have other income producing activities scheduled.  You’ll also want to strive for booking 1-2 months out at all times.  This will ensure your calendar is full, you have time to find something else and your goals will become realities.  

This is an easy one, but will keep you moving, especially as we head towards the summer.  Be watching for more tips here and on my facebook page.
