So last week I started giving out tips on how to help your business keep moving.  So here’s another great one:

Encourage collaboration, not competition within your team and even company wide.  The best leaders promote collaboration first, and competition second.  Whatever level you are, begin building relationships with sidelines and even even those in different teams.  When one person succeeds, we all succeed.

I can’t stress the importance of this!  I’ve been involved in organizations where competition is king and it eats away at the culture over time.  So when I built my current business I was super intentional that we are all on the SAME team, regardless of where people were placed and growing their business.  This culture has made our team one of the organizations everyone wishes they were a part of.
