This is the best advice someone gave me once so I’m passing it along to you:

When you are ‘up,’ look down; when you are ‘down,’ look up.  If you are developing a team, freely share praises with them, encourage and support them, and even catch them doing something great and reward them. If you have a complaint or are frustrated about something, always privately direct that ‘up’ to the person who enrolled you.

Too many times I see leaders spewing to their team about all the problems and issues going on.  No, no, no!  Your team should only hear about the amazingness of what you sell and do.  Your upline is your support system, turn to them or reach even higher so you can vent to those people.
