I don’t know about you, but I would find it very difficult! However, that isn’t going to stop me from trying to reduce my intake in 2020. I just got back from a cruise, where it was a little more difficult…but the good news is I’ll burned more calories as I went exploring! Each week this year, my goal will be to replace some of the sugars in my diet to better solutions like Agave extract and honey. This approach will be better for me than the quitting cold turkey. Any step towards healthy living is a step in the right direction. This on top of the Cleanse I’m currently doing and I’m feeling great and seeing some of the lbs go away.
